We retain account data for the period required under applicable law. You may request a copy of the data we hold on you at any time by writing to our compliance team via the registered email on your account. Requests are processed within 30 days.

We use cookies to keep your session active, remember your preferred language and track which pages you visit so we can improve the platform. You can manage cookie preferences from your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect account functionality.

Account Security

Your account is protected by password hashing and two-factor verification. We never store your UPI handle, Paytm mobile number or PhonePe credentials on our servers; payments are processed through encrypted, tokenised gateways. Change your password immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Requesting Changes

To update personal details — name, address, phone number — submit a request through the account settings page or contact support with a valid identity document. Changes that affect payment routing require additional verification before they take effect.

Term Disputes

If you believe a term has been applied incorrectly — for example, a withdrawal was held without valid reason — raise a dispute through live chat first. Unresolved disputes may be escalated in accordance with the jurisdiction clause in Section 12 of the full terms document.

Access and eligibility depend on local law and are available where local law permits. Where Indian law imposes additional requirements — such as KYC verification or payment source confirmation — those requirements are layered on top of the general terms, not in place of them.

No. We are required to give you advance notice of any material change. Notice is sent to your registered email address and displayed on the platform. The effective date of the change is always stated clearly so you can review before it applies to your account.

We retain a minimum record set as required by applicable law — typically transaction history and identity documents — for the legally mandated period. Personal preference data and browsing history are deleted within 30 days of account closure upon your written request.

Yes. Funds deposited through UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are subject to the same withdrawal verification process. Withdrawals are returned to the original payment method where technically possible; if that channel is unavailable, our support team will arrange an alternative verified route.

You must meet the minimum legal age requirement in your jurisdiction to hold an account. Eligibility is determined by local law. If we detect that an account was created by someone who does not meet the local legal age, the account will be suspended and any remaining balance returned through the original payment method.
